Q. How much is a membership to strapittome.com?
A. Membership is $24.99 a month U.S dollars and can be paid by check or credit card

Q. Why is recurring billing the only billing option?
A. Recurring billing is for your convenience so you don't have to continually renew your membership.

Q. How do I cancel my account?
A.

1. Click the cancel link in the members area
2. A. If you paid by credit card, click customer support on the credit card side
B. If you paid by check, click customer support on the check side
3.Enter any TWO of the ID options, ( Subscription ID, your email address, or credit card number)
4. Press the button that says lookup membership.
5. Click the link that says "Cancel Subscription"

Q. I only want to join for one month. How do I do that?
A. Once you sign up on recurring billing all you have to do is click the link to cancel your account any time within the first thirty days. You will still get your thirty day membership but you will NOT be rebilled.

Q. I forgot to cancel within thirty days and got billed again when I didnt want to. What do I do?
A. Contact our payment processor CCBill with your subscription ID. They will refund your money. Their toll free number is 1-888-596-9279.
